The manufacturing process of special steel profiles

From raw material selection to the finished product

Focus on specific customer needs and technical expertise in engineering are the strengths of Calvi. These translate into a production process oriented to the highest quality and able to limit costs and reduce waste, avoiding any possible waste of raw material.
Quality control throughout the production cycle is essential to ensure that final products meet the required standards and customer specifications.

The manufacturing process begins with selecting the best raw materials, usually laminated and peeled round steel bars.
Alternatively, the raw material is purchased in rolls or as semi-finished products obtained by rolling or extrusion processes.
We only use steel from suppliers selected on the basis of their manufacturing process and quality standards. Before starting production, the raw materials are thoroughly checked to ensure that their properties comply with the required specifications.
