We specialize in steel forming for the manufacturing of custom special profiles. With over 70 years of history, the Calvi brand has built a strong reputation for the expertise of its people and its constant focus on quality. This commitment has kept us at the forefront of our industry and allowed us to implement new strategies and innovations to improve our processes and products.
To produce steel profiles according to our customer’s drawings and specifications we use three different forming technologies: cold drawing, cold rolling and hot rolling.
Our strengths lie in our focus on the customer’s specific needs combined with our technical engineering expertise. These lead to an optimized production process that guarantees top quality as well as cost and waste containment, avoiding any possible loss of raw material.
Building on the experience and know-how of a highly qualified technical team and on the use of state-of-the-art machinery and equipment, our profiles meet the most demanding supply specifications in terms of geometry, size, steel type, mechanical performance and surface quality. Our profiles are applied to several industrial sectors including: automotive, energy, defense, automation, biomedical, food industry, petrochemical industry and many others.
